Midterm Exam Schedule & Dismissal Information: January 2026
Midterm exams at Cooperative Arts & Humanities Magnet High School will take place during Midterm Week with early dismissal each day.
Exam Dates & Times:
Tuesday, January 20 – Friday, January 23, 2026
Exam Time: 7:30 AM – 11:05 AM
Students will take two exam blocks per day, with a short transition between exams.
Dismissal Information:
All students not taking the bus or staying for make-up exams will be dismissed at 11:05 AM.
Students not taking the bus or staying for make-up exams (by appointment with teacher) must be picked up promptly at dismissal.
Students remaining in the building after 11:05 AM must be scheduled for a make-up exam or a school-arranged activity.
Important Dates to Note:
Last day of full classes: Friday, January 16, 2026 (For Marking Term 2)
End of Marking Period 2: Friday, January 23, 2026
Marking Period 3 begins: Monday, January 26, 2026 (Full Day Classes Resume)
As we approach the end of the second marking term, students and families are encouraged to:
Check grades and assignments in PowerSchool
Speak directly with teachers about any missing or incomplete work
Ensure all coursework is submitted before the close of the marking period
